In this post, I would like us to do some healing work for opening our hearts to ourselves. I have been doing lots of healing work to open my heart to everyone else except me. Some time ago, I became aware of this pattern in me. I was almost in awe with this insight. I started to do some healing work on myself to open my heart to myself. I had a profound experience the first time I offered myself healing. I felt my heart chakra opening. I felt the experience physically. My body felt like it was in shock. I literally said, "Oh I can open my heart to myself ?"
