In this post, let's work with the 6th Tao Quality which is Greatest Harmony. Let's do a practice to offer Greatest Harmony to ourselves. Master Sha talks about how your inner reality is creating the outer reality. For example, if your soul, heart and mind are not aligned, then you will see that your decisions on the physical reality will be confusing. If you are not harmonized inside your body, the outer manifestation of that inner reality will reflect on the outer reality. So today let's harmonize all our organs, systems, cells, cell units, DNA and RNA so our outer reality becomes more harmonized. When you feel one in your body, you will have such experiences outside. According to Master Sha's teachings, you are a small universe which affects the big universe. If you heal the small universe, it will reflect on the bigger universe.

In this post, I would like to practice the 5th Tao quality: Greatest Humility. Lets offer a healing blessing to ourselves to develop Greatest Humility.
I was searching online, and found many definitions of humility. I resonated personally with a few. The one definition I resonated with was that Humbleness means that you are always a student learning from everything. You don't think of yourself as more or less. You carry a high level of respect for all teachers in the universe. You are listening because you are silent. Humbleness doesn't mean you are less than others. These were the few teachings that I resonated with. Master Sha talks about Ego being one of the biggest blockages on a soul journey. If we are practicing humbleness, it can prevent any big disasters on our soul journeys through the Ego blockages. Please let me know if you know any other definitions of Humbleness or Humility. Let's do a practice for bringing humility to ourselves.

As I chanted this mantra, I saw light going to my heart and softening my heart further. I have been seeing almost everything as Ego these days. I have known Ego as pride, wanting recognition, wanting success with any cost, putting others down with speech, thoughts and actions, wanting to be right all the time and more. Now, I have been also seeing ego as pain, feeling like a victim, feeling less, and even thinking that I am unable to do certain things. So Ego has many faces. In my 3rd eye (spiritual eye),I see ego is intertwined with many other karmic aspects that you might not be aware of so keep working to develop greatest humility.
